Loneliness is a revulsion emotional response which is often associated with an unwanted lack of connection and intimacy. Loneliness overlaps and yet is distinct from solitude. Solitude is simply a state of being apart from others.

Loneliness is the feeling that can destroy one’s mind completely and can cause various problems that lead to mental and physical issues. It always reveals the feeling of negativity.

Loneliness changes your personality. Loneliness itself is a disease. A child, who tries to make friends at school, needs different strategies to solve problems than an elderly person who has lost their spouse in the recent past.

Main reasons for loneliness

Loneliness is a situation where you feel negative, unpleasant, and unhappy. It is a state where you feel overdramatic in somewhat ways. There are many reasons for this :

The very first is,

#1 Low Self – Esteem: People are now quite busy with earnings which is a good thing in general but that they are not more confident about their future. They often start believing that they are unworthy in regard to people.

#2 Lack Of Social Interaction: During their adolescence, they are not open with their childhood friends. From that pace, a lack of social interaction arises.

#3 Self- Conscious: People in the situation of loneliness usually forgets how to control angerness and untrusting of others.

#4 Victim Mentality: They are always convinced that there is something wrong with them. This may also be observed as an indulgence in the victim’s mentality.

#5 Feel Unappreciated: They feel like they have never been appreciated. They feel that no one understands them and they feel like they are not connected to others.

#6 Heart – Brokenness: Loneliness is also caused by a conflict with a partner and also with a family dispute. This also leads to heartbrokenness as well as depression.

A person can feel lonely,

// When they are alone or feeling depressed.

// Moreover, they don’t feel the part of a social circle.

// Change and personal, intrinsic factors are the biggest cause.

// They might feel vulnerable and lonely after the loss of an insignificant other.

How to deal with loneliness (The Cure For Loneliness)

1# Talk with friends: You need to stay in touch with your friends and spend some time with them and talk about things and problems.

2# Hang Out: You simply need to hang out with your loved ones. Hang out with like-minded people. Do activities Like playing video games, listening to music, and reading some good books.

3# More Active: You need to start a sport or any physical activity that helps you to get more active. By doing this you feel less stressed and depressed.

4# Use Social Media: Excess of everything is bad so use your social media wisely. For instance, chatting online is a great way to battle loneliness.

5# Write It Down: Sometimes jotting down takes you to another level. So pen down some good things. Then repeat !!

6# Hang Out With Pets: Everyone loves animals, so kicking it with a pet is a guaranteed way to meet new people.

7# Get Some Moral Support: One should not be shy to seek professional help and you can simply visit a psychologist. It’s okay To get the support you need.

You know what,

I hate that feeling, the feeling that you mean something to someone just so you don’t have to worry about whether or not you are alone! Yet, when you need that person they are nowhere to be seen. I hate those people in the world because they make me feel like I’m the only person in the world, alone and afraid to be in this world. Because no one seems to care if I am.
