Rodents
Rats and mice are very common pests. They can chew your furniture and wiring, leave droppings all over your floor, and steal food from under your nose! Thankfully, as they are so common, there are many ways to get rid of the problem!

Investing in something as simple as a white noise machine can be a great technique, as the bats will no longer find your loft anywhere near so comfortable.
